Pulled in just to have 1 tire changed. 1 truck in the bay, 5 guys in the office. It should not taken this long for a major facility to change 1 tire, I was told it would be a 2 and a half hour wait. You mean to tell me that there are no more qualified mechanics in the entire shop but 1 that can change a tire. If it was a smaller shop I would have been there 45 minutes at the most. I wouldn't want nobody to loose they're job, but Love's shop need to do a lot better to be 1 of the big dogs out here servicing commercial trucks. If it was my truck, I would never patronize them with my business. They really don't even deserve the 1 star, but you can't rate them any lower. 12:25 to 4:40, had wait on the same guy that left for a road job while I was sitting there to come back to get 1 tire.

March 24 I called for a road service in Bloomsdale, MO in a case to change a chamber on my trailer, changed. Couple of days ago decided to adjust breaks all around, all was good instead a new one which was changed. I screwed it out to the end and there still remained a gap between shoe pads and a disk. It means a mechanic cut too much of a push rod. Today 04/25/26 came to this shop, first to ask a receipt because on a road I just paid and thats it. Joey Tippett, who is a mechanic on the beginning started to say that we do not give receipts from another Loves. Surelly I was wondered saying that I am askig the receipt not from you, but from the company Love's. Ok, then a lady with a name Melissa printed it to me. Nice. Got one. A next question was how to fix the problem with adjusting the breaks after I told them the whole history what happened. They said to call to the Loves in Bloomsdale, I did. On that side they said that mechanic which is here has to inspect the chamber and contact to him. A lot of movements to get change the chamber by a warranty. Ok. Then Joey get under the trailer and right away started to say that everything is ok with a chamber even did not ask to reliese th

This establishment boasts the finest mechanics and top-notch customer service team on i95. I have made pit stops at Loves before, but the previous location left much to be desired. The mechanics and front desk staff seemed half asleep and could barely muster a conversation, all while promising a three-day turnaround time with a smiley face emoji as if it were a joke. However, this particular location exudes energy, and every individual working here treats you as though you are the most important person in the world. I brought my trailer in for its annual inspection and ended up having all the brakes replaced, as well as all the tires pass on my tractor. All took no more then 2 hours ☝️💪 I am sincerely grateful for the exceptional service and efficiency. I truly hope that Loves headquarters takes notice of this review and takes pride in the outstanding staff they have here.
